In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.
My question:
Do you have any reoccurring dreams?
My answer:
Over the years I've only had one dream that reoccurs fairly regularly. I'm in college but forget that I've signed up for a class and never go and now it is the end of the semester and I'm going to fail. OR I sign up for a class and no matter what I do, something always keeps me from actually getting to class. I've talked with others and apparently this is a common dream theme. Has anyone else had this one?

Sometimes I dream trying to get somewhere. And they are really long dreams. Like the kind when you wake up for a bit, go back to sleep and then the dream picks up again?
I have seen a lot of dreams about a lion who wants to eat me :D
Yes, I have a few. But the worst one is where my dad tries to kill me. Yeah, it's pretty bad and something I can't really explain in a comment box.

Not really these days. When I was little I remember having dreams about fires a lot. I used to have to wake up my mother since I was that scared.

Wow, that is basically my recurring dream!!!! I used to have a recurring dream involving an elevator..but I don't even remember what it was about beyond that!
I've never had a recurring dream in my life! Although sometimes I wished I did......Ha! Ha!
Probably I just don't remember.. Maybe I ought to start a blog of my dreams..wouldn't that be crazy..When I woke up before I forgot typed it down...Naw don't think so, too many people will try to analyze me,lol
As a child I had a nightmare a few times a week for about 5 or 6 yrs that my older sister was being pursued & shot by a librarian in a vw bug.
I have dreamed many, many times that my closet has a door in the back and behind it is a whole other huge room with a big screen tv, a couch, a bed, & a pool table. There is another door that leads to a screened in porch that has a mini kitchen in it, LOL.
I did as a child but I don't have them as an adult and I'm glad!
I've never touched a cigarette in my life, and often dream that I'm chain smoking.
Since I'm in my 3rd trimester, I usually wake up every couple of hours to go to the bathroom. It doesn't give me time to have a decent dream. :-(
I have a couple re-occurring dreams. One is very similar to your college dream-- I dream the I am in high school and can't get my locker open. Or I forget the combination. Or I forget to get my class schedule and don't know where to go (usually these three things occur in the same dream).
Another is that I need to call 911 because someone is hurt. But I can't dial the number correctly! Each time I try to dial, I mess it up. And then, when I do eventually get the number right, the phone either doesn't work, no one answers, or the answer and say they will send someone, but never do.
The last one is that my teeth are crumbling and falling apart in my mouth. Apparently, this is a common dream amongst the population!
